- File is made around jobs list for the week or as soon as possible or while during your custom booking.
- Client is responsible for sending any and all templates required along with exact guidelines so the PDF is created accurately for the company being used.

- Work is done around other jobs, usually the same week as information is recieved if sent before Thursday 3pm (UK time). Otherwise, files will be recieved before the end of the following work week.
