MANIPULATION FEES

• New from January 2023.

• Used for discreet and object covers that require more time to complete.

• The addition of manipulation fees are to create a fairness in prices for all job types and client needs.

• Clients acknowledge they may be liable to pay this fee for their personal design needs.

• Series may incur this charge again depending on the complexity of the design.

• Both packages cover basic edits – basic model cover artwork or basic cutting out of models, basic edit to their hair colour, and superimposing onto a new background.

• It is the Client's discretion to read and understand this addition in regards to their personal needs when booking in with The Pretty Little Design Co.

 

For series, you will be asked to pay a manipulation fee per cover where applicable, but any book covers following on from the initial design will be chargeable under ‘Manipulation Fee #1’. This is to cover the time aspect of the design, but the Client is responsible for any additional stock images needed required outside of those supplied by the Designer.

For example:

• Book one: will cost £60 (Manipulation Fee #2)

• Book two onwards: will cost £30 (Manipulation Fee #1)

• Additional payment: stock imagery where applicable

 

If you are continuing on a pre-made design that is object based, please note you are required to pay MANIPULATION FEE #1

per cover for any designs that follow.
